#Selfie with my #Level10 What is your Personal Level 10: Day 9 Feedback... My Level 10 is to get my body fat percentage down to below 8% and increase my muscle mass to 72kg! Its 9 Days in and my muscle mass has increased by 0,7kg and Im well on my way. 1-2 Workouts a day along with at least 3 cardio sessions on top of that to ensure that the Heart gets WORK and I fly high with my Fitness Levels. 7 Eating times a day and at least 135g Protein consumed per day with a maximum of 40g Protein/Eating Time to ensure complete absorption.
