First she starts with a vague description of some threat that everyone must be concerned with, then followed by a comparison to past terrorism acts/places of past terrorist activities so the audience can relate. After which, she begins with her opinion piece which ranges from unsubstantiated reports to outright lies. Quickly followed by a ‘damage report’ of what could happen. Finally, selling it as moral duty of everyone to do X or Y. Seems like a pretty clever psychological conditioning.
