Sen. Scott Jenkins, R-Plain City, said he will introduce a constitutional amendment that would revoke SB54 if passed by the Legislature and voters. There you go... The Republican legislature is suing itself (in fact, one of the sponsors of this bill has contributed thousands of dollars to combat it.) and if they pass the bill, or are required to pass it through a citizens initiative, theyll just change the constitution to nullify the voters decision. But hey, keep voting these idiots into office because they have an (R) by their name on the ballot. I mean, its only your money theyre spending to make sure you have no voice in Utah politics.
