Senator Serge Osmena is indeed a maverick political leader, am I correct Eduardo Burgos Jr., Jojo A. Robles and Alvin Capino? I think Paul M Gutierrez And Mar Gravamen would agree that Senator Osmena is correct in saying that all special accounts in government coffers regardless of its name and form including aDAP (PNoys Pork Barrel) and PDAF etc. should be abolished. PNoy, Cabinet Secretaries and members of Congress (LP, NP, NPC, UNA, Lakas, Kampi, KBL and Independents / Party List) who dipped their hands at the Pork Barrel are all accountable and must explain to the People of the Philippines on how the public funds (aDAP, Calamity Fund, Social Fund or PDAF etc.) were spent or are spend di ba Alex Allan, Mitos Garcia And Dante Ang? But PNoy and the members of his Student Council are having hard time to comprehend, lets ask Al Pedroche, Joaquin T. Taduran Jr. And Jonathan Liwanes Mayuga. Janet Napulis will not become who she is now obviously without collusion from the people (in) power namely -- Malacanang, DA Secretary, DA Undersecretary, DA Assistant Secretary, DBM Secretary, State Auditors and to some extent Legislators among others), di ba Danilo Ambrocio, Pablo Hernandez And Bobby Capco Why not MBC, EU Chamber of Commerce and AIM which formed an Integrity Initiative do a 3rd party auditing on all special accounts in government coffers, tama ba Elmer Mesina, Jessant So and Benjamin Pulta? Are the balls of MBC, AIM and European Chamber of Commerce aka Integrity Initiative got shrunk because of PNoys involvement? Baka alam nina Jun Lingcoran, Raymund Junia, Junex Doronio, Ka Tropang Jun Cabili And Almar Danguilan Just asking. In the meantime its time to wake up and work for the people of the Philippines!
