Gee Im so excited that when 88% of NYers want MMJ, which costs taxpayers some $75 million a year to process some 50-60k people arrested in NY for simple possession, the senator chooses to instead focus on the 3k people dying because of a heroin overdose because they implemented iStop to stop people addicted from getting Rx pills, so they have to resort to the next best thing, heroin. How about the 30k+ lives that will be lost because of cancer, Ms, epilepsy, Alzheimers, ptsd and more that show significant quality of life improvement and even full treatment/cures?
