Seneca Lake Defenders are facing the judge in the Town of Reading Court on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. We will rally to show our solidarity with these brave defenders who are being arraigned and to express our outrage over the threat that Houston-based Crestwood poses to the Finger Lakes with its proposal to store fracked gas next to Seneca Lake. 5:00pm Seneca Lake Defenders will appear before the judge on civil disobedience charges: Danielle Angie, Tom Angie, Deborah Cipolla-Dennis, Joanne Cipolla-Dennis, Doug Couchon (2x), Jodi Dean, Marge Ehly, Charles Geisler, Ross Horowitz, Nancy Kasper, Faith Meckley, Mariana Morse, Terri Radke, Catherine Rossiter, Audrey Southern 6:00pm Rally and Press conference 7:00pm Seneca Lake Defenders will appear before the judge on civil disobedience charges: Peggy Aker, Alicia Alexander, James Bond, John Burger, Emanuel Cestero, John Dennis, Alexandra Doniger, Jessica Evett-Miller, Dan Flerlage, Charles Geisler, Becca Harber, Jane Kendall, Joseph Kevin McKinzey, Maryl Mendillo (2x), Mariana Morse, Will Ouweleen, Anna Redmond, Asa Redmond, Catherine Rossiter, Coby Schultz, Stefan Senders, Jessie Smith, Jess Thorpe, Julia Uticone Dress warmly. In addition to limited space inside the courtroom, there have been issues with courtroom access (see below). We are working hard with the Office of Court Administration to open up the Town Hall so that those waiting for a seat are not locked out of the building. Wear blue!
