Senior Analyst – Legislation - Department of Transport: Prepare internal decisions which are to be reviewed by the Specialist-Legislation and subsequently sent to the Chairman’s office for execution. Prepare the submissions to the Executive Council in coordination with the Specialist-Legislation and gather all the related documentation. Revise local legislation in coordination with the relevant stakeholders at the DOT and external government authorities Prepare and revise regulations in coordination with the relevant stakeholders at the DOT. Analyze existing rules and regulations which the Director of Legal Services and Legislation may request. Work in line with DoT’s EHS and Sustainability Policies, Procedures, Rules and Regulations and Objectives as they relate to area of responsibility. Ensure that work responsibility is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Perform any other tasks as directed by the Specialist - Legislation.
