To study analyze drawings , specifications for execution and plan of project 2. To inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure that BOQ is being referred for execution of project 4. To estimate quantities and cost of materials , equipments , labour to determine project feasibility 5. To plan , prepare and execute as per work bar chart to ensure time bound completion of project 7.
