Senior Product Specialist (PSSR) – Rock Drilling Tools Job Description Responsible for increasing and maintaining our company’s RDT consumable sales across all product groups. Ensure our current and potential customers are receiving quality support and products to suit their drilling requirements. Always finding a solution and engaging key stakeholders to achieve the divisions goals. Provide improved communication (internal and external), customer relations and be a part of a premier customer support and solution center within Indonesia. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions: 1. Promote the solution based sales aspect of our business to best generate profitable revenues. 2. Assist and lead other PSSR’s within Indonesia, share and transfer your product knowledge 3. Manage your time actively monitor your budget and performance 4. Monitor the inventory levels for RDT within your region 5. Meet or exceed consumable sales goals within the region. 6. Establish credibility with customers. 7. Shift Customer focus from price to value added. 8. Establish with customers that Atlas Copco Indonesia is a committed and viable Product Support resource. 9. Develop Customer profile information for the assigned territory. 10. Develop market and customer share survey information 11. Serve as primary Product Support contact. 12. Develop territorial competitor profiles. 13. Work closely with the Product Support Team to develop new value added Product Support programs. 14. Communicate solutions to local problems, and resolve to prevent future occurrence. 15. Develop personal skills to meet ongoing challenges. Job Requirements: 1. Proven experience in selling mining equipment and must have strong ability to close orders. 2. Good understanding and experience on sales territory management and it’s actual implementation. 3. Good understanding and use of company rules and policies (applicable to the sales process)” 4. An engineering degree is preferable or equivalent gained from site based experience. 5. Knowledge of RDT and the applications 6. Technical education is required (technical institute diploma; engineering degree or equivalent gained from experience). 7.Fluent in English is a Must (due to overseas training/ factory visit) 8. Up to 75% travel could be expected 9.
