Senior iOS Developer – Leading Foreign Exchange Provider - London – to £65k My client is looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join their completely new Digital team. As one of the first mobile developers you will help structure how they work to make sure they create the best possible apps. You’ll have a say in the entire process from defining what the apps are going to be (product), who works on them (hiring) and how everyone works together (teamwork). You must have: • 3+ years mobile development on iOS (Objective-C) • a passion for creating apps that customers love to use • a track record of architecting apps with long shelf lives • experience working in large development teams • an eye for elegant code and helping peers and junior developers achieve it • sympathy with the users of your code - not only technically solving a problem, but delivering the optimal user-experience • the right kind of laziness that means DRY and code-reuse are your modus operandi • mentored junior developers It would be great if you have: • personal apps in the iTunes App or Google Play stores • a Github account with cool projects • a strong reputation on Stackoverflow • some kind of Agile training, but battle scars are just as good • experience managing other developers Our client is looking for engineers and developers who want to own what they do and influence the products we create; starting from nothing.
