Sepp BLATTER wants professional clubs in Africa On his side, the FIFA president honored the club managers in reminding them the position the hold in FIFA. Speaking both French and English, Joseph Sepp BLATTER first paid tribute to Nelson MANDELA, the man through whom the World Cup was held in Africa. For the boss of World Football Organisation, we need professional clubs in Africa to compete with other continents.
