#September11memories The phone calls Tom made to me from the airplane [United Airlines 93] that day replay in my mind even today. They are in some ways haunting, and in other ways a blessing. I know he loved the girls and me and was trying to get home to us by leading the passengers and crew down the aisle and into the cockpit. The results of his bravery and actions are known around the world and have impacted all of us. My gratitude to every American who flew a flag, whispered a prayer and held a candle in memory are beyond measure. #neverforget
