Serious now...when was the last time you hugged a friend for just being there? When you witnessed this friend walking into work with a frown...did you express your concern and pull them aside to give them a hug? When was the last time you showed up for work down-trodden and hurting emotionally, expecting the attention of others to help you along and receiving such attention? What was your reaction? Did you thank those for their concern? Did you ever wish your and their problems away if only they or you won...
