Seriously? hung jury and retrial and possible new trial talk. is it just me or does anyone else wonder why our court is tied up this much in a TRESPASSING charge against a 77 year old man, for protesting something he did not like, or should we say ACCUSED of such. the man was in the IDS drinking coffee and a roll from Starbucks when arrested. I think the city needs to admit the action was an embarrassment and needs to quietly go away. If it had been anyone but CB, it would have gone away before it ever went to trial. There is no proof he did anything wrong, so the prosecutor needs to find something more important to engage MY MONEY and his time on.
