Several days ago, posting a resume about a tuitor in private education bureau as my part-time job, just a part-time not a full job, after the interview with master of the education bureau that i have passed , but they dont hire me because of being not enough to be what they want but just a misunderstand. After my explaination, they know the truth that i am capable of being their tuitor and send a message to me ,which is mainly that they will employ me as a middle school tuitor, but they still make me try again to teach a student in senior of middle school with no money even if the money by bus from me tomorrow. I ask whether there is someing in return with implicity. But they dont response directly and ask me to sign a contract tomorrow. In the end, I reject to be their staff in following reasons. Fisrtly, it is the first timei have heared that a part-time job need to sign a contract. But my classmates have never done it. Secondly, he reject me before so that im not accepted him , that may be a common sense. LOL! Finally, in the first time of trying to teaching a primary school student , getting nothing in return and lost about 5 hours and money buying bus, i have no enough time to earn your money. Perhaps earning his money is less than what i spend on him. At last, he should find another one to server him, i wont. I dont know whether what i do is right, but i feel safe in my deep heart. how do you think?
