Several months ago, I decided to designate most of my Facebook Wall posts friends only. Some friends had been urging me to restrict my audience, because public is just too......public! But occasionally I like to get on my soapbox. TOPIC: I dont think the healthcare website will ever work the way it is intended. . From a Scrum point of view, its burndown chart shows major problems. Occasionally, it even vectors upward - moving backwards because of last-minute changes. lol But it is the red tape between government agencies that is the hard core of the problem. As long as various databases cannot talk to each other, there can be no finished product. This is the same problem that confronted Dept. of Homeland Security - lack of communication. Some of it is institutionalized as security issues. So despite the fact that I think Obamacare is a noble idea, I predict it will NEVER work right. The deficiencies are not temporary, but at the core of how government bureaucracy operates. I cant believe nobody in government saw that. The devil is in the details.
