Shae and the others from Legacy Christian Academy all made it to Turkey. And, all their luggage made it too. Praise the Lord for watching over them. They have already visited the historical sight of Smyrna, the location of one of the 7 churches John wrote about in the Revelation. From there they went to the shores of the Aegean Sea, then they walked in Izmir to get a taste of the Turkish culture. Tomorrow, they are going to Pergamum. The group has not posted on the LCA website yet, so I wanted to give friends and family an update.
