Shah Alam: Lenin has founded a state of state capitalism by his constitution, which was not legal by his previous views. He was the chief executive of his state till his death. But his post was not narrated in his own constitution. Noted, post, source of power etc was narrated in the constitution of Tsar of Russia-1906; and the Code of Hummburaby has described the power, post etc of Hummburaby him-self. So, Lenin was so extreme autocrat than even brutal king Hummburaby.
