Shaking my head after reading lots about when to do a filter change in your tank. I did one on Friday ...was away for the weekend and tonite my nitrite and ammonia levels are up. I didnt change water when I did this but I did tonite.. My bf also did the same thing on Thursday but he also did a 30% water change. All weekend we spent trying to get his levels straightened out. Now I have read before, that you are not to change your filter the same day you do a water change. He said he read it right out of the BioCube book he got with his aquarium. Comments would be appreciated???
