Not once has any body been sneaky at all and approached the land owner behind no ones back or have they contacted your so called sponsor NASH tackle !!!. My other partner involved in this business runs a lake in the UK and works along side the angling academy with Nash. We have done this to get kids in to the sport and to keep them out of trouble, we approached them out of respect first, but we have now accomplished other sponsors that are far more affective to our self, ill set the record strait for all of your 3472 friends here and now. yes i came on a fishing trip with your company carp fishing Gran Canaria expecting a full carp set up supplied by Nash !! Two Nash hooligan rods Nash brolly supplied, one unhooking mat and one landing net between two anglers, no carp care provided or the welfare of the carp was taking into account what so ever. you supplied a dingy that you charged 15 pounds a day for that had one hoar. When we asked you for marker rod you didnt have one or another landing net or a unhooking mat, you also stated you had bait and everything there 2kg of nash shelf lifes between two of us for 7days fishing really oh but you had plenty of particles that was 40pound for a so called 30kg bucket. On the phone when we booked with your company you never stated nothing about 40pounds charge each way for the shuttle to the lake you also stated you would take us to a local butcher that you was friends with that supply all pukka food? We never did meet this butcher. On the short journey up to the lake you said in the supermarket dont buy two much as you will be back up to lake daily and we would go to a proper shop once settled, good job I brought some tin food or we would have starved, even tho there was two of us you gave us a one burner stove small frying pan one saucepan no kettle no cups two forks and a knife. You also stated dont waste your money on sun cream you had LOADS so we didnt ! yet you didnt turn out to have any at the time it was so hot we burnt to crisp. On the third day I was so pissed off with your service you was never around or when we phoned you, you was down the pub or two far away to attend, I asked you for our money back we was going home, so you replied I can not refund you as you had paid our money out to third parties ie LANDOWNER we spoke to another couple of anglers that was on the trip with your self who also stated he burnt to a crisp and got sun stroke and had to leave the lake the year before so surely with your 25 years of experience you would of made this a priority!! We had one small cooler box provided by you for the two of us to keep our drinks cold but with your knowledge your should know in the heat that isnt going to stay cool all day is it, because you didnt refund us our money we tried to make the most of our trip that we had paid well over the top for, so to resolve the fact you was never around we decided to get a hire car to salt our self out what we needed, granted you pointed us in the direction of some one, bit late really as our trip was nearly finished and ruined. As our trip came to a end we was very happy with the fishing but couldnt wait to get home because of your hospitality. On the last day you came down In the morning to say by to us and pay us back some money that was paid for bait that you didnt provide. But also stated that if any body comes down looking for you to reply to them that you was looing for them and you will call them and you jumped in your little van a sped off witch was kinder strange!!!!! next thing we are approached by man number 1 a man asking for you stating that you had guests in his apartments but didnt pay for them and wasnt picking up your phone!!! I was astonished to hear this, Then we was approached by another man who was the owner aka your partner !! Who was also looking for you he asked us where you was as you hadnt paid him his money ether, and was not picking up your phone well the funny thing was I had paid you for the weeks fishing that you charged 400 English pounds then 40 pounds for your lift to the lake each way plus x4 40 pound a bucket of your particle on the first day of our trip,. This man also asked if we had our certified Spanish fishing licence ?? Which you never provided to us, so now we are fishing illegal in Gran Canaria !! so I have to ask my self if the police would of came over god for bid they didnt we would of been in trouble whilst paying your company Gran Canaria carping for a trip that wasnt even legal !! At this point I was talking to the land owner and he said he was not happy with your treatment more to fact you never complied to your agreement this is why we have been offered the opportunity to set up business and to run it properly we also have been given the permission to run the restaurant and have the sole use to the land owners 6 apartments that actually do look over the lake and are within in walking distance to the bank. So I have to ask my self if you had such a good reputation in the village and relationship with the owner why wasnt you offered this opportunity David ? More to the fact if your company is so professional and providing the proper service then you wouldnt need to worry about what we are doing and sending private messages to people liking our pictures and commenting on our page. watch this page people plenty of up and coming competitions and articles only the people will do the talking once you try the best you will forget about the rest Carpers paradise Gran Canaria
