Shalom all my beloved. Trusted not your heart to any one but guard your heart in all diligence.For your heart is the target of Satan to make you be sunk down emotionally. For when your heart has no joy,it can impact your body health and cause your muscles be weak because of the stomack produces too much acid and you can get head-ache and brake your spirit.The life also make you sick or you will get bored because you are unhappy.Therefore,you have to be thanks in all things,so that Holy Spirit in you can give you joy. Remember,that if you still live today,it is because the Lord still need you to live acording to His purpose.Therefore,look only to the Lord Who gives you life and live you in love.For only love can give you peace in your heart.
