Shaolin Temple USA 2014 Intramural Games - Team Shaolin Women Warriors. I still recall Yanran shifu said to me once, Shaolin kungfu is accessible to everyone, no matter if you are young, old, male, or female. Not that I am an expert, but I have taken enough photos of that tapestry to begin to appreciate the various qualities inherent in each. With the shifus and the school team, we see power, agility, and grace. With the wellness class, we see both grace and spirituality. With the little ones, the coolness factor is just out of this world! With the families performing as a group? I see a special bond. And, with the ladies? I cant pinpoint yet. Well, we never say the guys performance looked pretty, do we? Here, Lace, Min, Geraldine, and Mindy got together only recently to put on this routine. Kudos to their dedication. I know Mindy had signed up with Shaolin Temple USA with her family not very long ago. What you get out of kungfu is indeed what you put in, right? She is a good example of that.
