Share this MOVE it on a MONDAY but EASY on TIME workout Chest/Shoulders/Arms: Incline Barbell Bench press 4x8 *Cuban Press 4x10 (ay caramba!) Hammerstrength press 4x8 *Around The Worlds 3x10 (last set to failure) Tricep Pushdowns (or skull crushers) 3x10 (last set to failure) Bicep Curls or Hammer Curls 3x10 (last set to failure) Cable Bicep Curls 2x8 Overhead Tricep Extensions 2x8 * Check these out at bodybuilding/exercises to see quick videos of how its done if these are new to you. Then, Grab a skipping rope and use the timer on your smart phone or a free Tabata app. Warm up on any machine for 5 minutes. Skip as fast as you can for 20 seconds, rest for 10.
