Shared because I TOTALLY agree teachers are underpaid. I just cant help to point out though that most parents dont send their kids to school to get baby sat and Im sure teachers dont want to be considered as babysitters. Therefore one would deliver the same content and quality of teaching whether there were 2 or 30 kids in the classroom... just like at a child care centre - the centre gets $ from each parent but the staff get paid a set wage irrespective of how many kids they look after or how much trouble they give them. Applying this idea the majority of the workforce is underpaid for what they do...
