Sharing - please vote to help rescue groups Oz wide The Australian Animal Rescues Appeal has been nominated to win $5,000in the Sun Super Competition. As many of you know and some may not this amazing Appeal is registered as not for profit and works their butts off to ensure that as many Animal Rescues (from guinea pig to farm animals and wildlife) do not go without some of the more luxury items and some of the basics. They work tirelessly to supply these groups with much needed items i.e. beds, blankets, collars, leads, toys,coats, worming products, deflea products, pee pads, cat flu products, and some specially requested for special needs cases. This Appeal runs on dontions - they hold auctions to raise money to buy most of these goods; often they secure donations from generous animal product suppliers. However, one of the big spends for them is postage which sometimes seems unfair as postage costs have risen hugely.I am asking you to take one minute out of your busy day and go to the attached link and vote. This is a very worthy cause and I know there are many rescues and shelters that have benefitted greatly from their work. Please Rescue Groups lets pay it forward, put it on your page and vote for them as you never know you may receive donations this year and you will know you helped them to help you. Thank you.
