Sharing entry from our caring bridge site: Sunday was an interesting day in that our area had about eight inches of snow and with my wrist issues it was hard to clean the driveway. Our neighbor was doing the driveway most of the year but he was out of town this weekend. I tried to shovel it but Randy decided to come out and got the snow blower out to clear the driveway. He has had a hard time with being outside in the cold and he spent most of the afternoon resting up and then went to bed around 8pm. Next week he has a repeat PET scan/CT scan to determine disease status after the first chemotherapy regimen. The scan is on Tuesday and then he has an appointment with the cardiologist on Thursday afternoon. Of course, after the scans we need to wait until the following week to find out the results from the scans. Opening day for the Rochester Red Wings (AAA baseball team) is on Saturday April 5, 2014 and we have gotten our season seats. I am slightly concerned that we may not be able to use the seats as often as I would like this year and was tending towards not getting the seats. However, Randy was asking why so went to renew them. I did talk to the person about options if we were not able to attend the games etc and they were very understanding so it made it easier to renew. I am not sure how Randy will be able to tolerate the games when it is cold outside and with the fatigue it is making it will make it difficult for him.
