She dubbs herself as a Writer. Speaker. Life Learner. Southern Girl. Reviewer, among other things. I spent more than three hours reading her blog last night and could not stop. Im not usually a fan of women-centered scribe--my jury is still out on the feminist movement, but the content she writes about, or shares, had me feeling empowered and is way better than any other news I read, even in Essence. She is very talented. There is also an awesome, awesome interview with Oprah at Stanford University which is a must view! I talk a lot about my prayers to the ancestors and how I do what I do because there were many who sacrificed so I could reap the benefits of the Civil Rights Movement and guess what? Oprah says the same thing!! You have to hear it...Anyway, thank you so Kimm D. Lett for doing what you do! U are bigger than Mobile :-)
