Sheesh, have just spent another few hours on the phone to you guys, trying to get our access problem fixed, and the upshot was that I have to monitor how many times our access goes off in one day, ( which your techs can see) if I added all the hours up that we have spent on the phone with you, and charged you an hourly rate, you would owe us!. I would estimate we have spent at least five hours on the phone to your office trying to fix this. Regardless of how nice and helpful your staff are, which I cannot fault. Nevertheless you are failing to provide us with the service which we agreed to pay for, which puts you in breach of contract. I would hope you can fix this quickly.
