Sheikh Abdullah Al Faisal On IS (Islamic State), AQ (Al Qaeda) & Caliphate by Abu Noor (@enterthetruthco) Abdullah Al Faisal is a Jamaican scholar who studied and graduated from Imam Saud University (Riyadh), he is considered an old timer and is well known in jihadi circles in the west. He was famous for dawah in the UK, and he was arrested and deported back to Jamaica where he currently lives. Sheikh Faisal was always a hardcore AQ supporter, but started leaning more towards IS a few months ago. Interestingly, he praises IS (without bashing AQ) and predicts that the Caliphate will return soon, 2 weeks before its announcement. We await his opinion. - What is the empire? - The empire is the khilafah, it is the Islamic state. - So when we say the empire strikes back we are saying the Islamic state has come back. - According to shariah law it is haraam for you to be without a caliph for more than 3 days. - Anyone who dies without giving his bayah to a caliph, he dies in a state of jaahiliyah. Ibn Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, One who withdraws his hand from obedience (to the Amir) will find no argument (in his defense) when he stands before Allah on the Day of Resurrection; and one who dies without having sworn allegiance will die the death of one belonging to the Days of Ignorance. [Muslim & Book 1 hadith 665] & (Musnad Ahmed volume 4 page 96) [Sunan an-Nasai Vol. 5, Book 37, Hadith 4119] - In order for the caliph to be legitimate, 11 conditions have to be found. THE CONDITIONS FOR THE CALIPHATE TO BE LEGITIMATE CONDITION # 1: THE CALIPH HAS TO BE A MUSLIM, NOT A KAAFIR OR A MURTAD CONDITION # 2: THE CALIPH SHOULD BE MALE CONDITION # 3: THE CALIPH SHOULD BE MATURE CONDITION # 4: THE CALIPH SHOULD BE SANE AND NOT MAD CONDITION # 5: THE CALIPH SHOULD BE FREE CONDITION # 6: THE CALIPH HAS TO BE AN ALIM OF ISLAM NOT AN IGNORAMOUS CONDITION # 7: THE CALIPH HAS TO BE A MUJAHID CONDITION # 8: THE CALIPH SHOULD BE WISE CONDITION # 9: THE CALIPH MUST BE MERCIFUL WITH HIS SUBORDINATES CONDITION # 10: THE CALIPH SHOULD BE JUST CONDITION # 11: THE CALIPH SHOULD BE FROM QURAISH This matter (rule) will remain with the Quraish, and none will rebel against them, but Allah will throw him down on his face, as long as the Quraish uphold the Deen. [Sahih Bukhari, Volume 9, Book 89, Number 253] - Abu Bakr al Baghdadi fulfills all 11 conditions. - The caliph should be from Quraish. - Its going to be very difficult for Mullah Umar to be accepted by the entire Muslim Ummah. - I dont think Mullah umar is from Quraish. - Al Qaeda has done their share of waking up the ummah. - Usama bin Laden accomplished everything he set out to do before he died. - Dont think we are here to bash Al Qaeda. - Usama bin Laden set out to wake up the Muslims because they were sleeping. - He set out to establish jihad all over the world and he did that. REGARDING PROPAGANDA AGAINST THE MUJAHIDEEN FIGHTING FOR KHILAFAH & SHARIAH - So youll hear the hypocrites calling a movement like ISIS khawaarij. - They take their Aqeedah from CNN. - There are many Muslims who take their Aqeedah from BBC and CNN and call the mujahideen terrorists. - If you do this, maybe you have sincerity issues. - Be careful of opening up your filthy mouths to call people terrorists. - I despise people who take their Aqeedah from CNN and BBC. - You the madkhali who is quick to call people khawaarij, look in the mirror and youll see who the khawaarij are. LATER HE SAYS: - We say, we ask Allah to forgive Abu Qatadah and Abu Muhammad al Maqdisi IF they called ISIS khawaarij. - Shaikhs make mistakes too. REGARDING THE SITUATION IN IRAQ - When the kuffar got rid of the ba’athist regime in Iraq, they did a favour to the mujahideen. - All the kuffar were thinking about was money, oil and natural resources. - All the kuffar can think about is their belly and their private parts, not Allah (SWT). - By toppling the regime in Iraq, the Americans set the stage for the return of the khilafah. - This was a gift on a silver platter for the mujahideen. - This is why we say, they plot and Allah (SWT) plans and Allah is the best of planners. - Many of you were disappointed with the invasion of Iraq because a million Muslims got killed. - But I say to you every disappointment is a new appointment. - The new appointment is the return of the khilafah. REGARDING THE CONQUEST OF MOSUL -Mosul and Nineveh, on the 9th of June 2014, fell into the hands of the mujahideen of ISIS - Today, ISIS are sitting on 25 billion barrels of oil. - The ghanima from the bank was 480 million US dollars. - The taghoot say ISIS is the richest terrorist group in the world after the conquest of Mosul. - The conquest of Mosul is a carbon copy of the conquest of Khaibar because Khaibar was rich and Mosul was rich. - ISIS even captured drones (in fallujah). - They are now using their ghanima to take over the whole of Iraq and Syria. - Both the conquest of Khaibar and Mosul brought about money to finance the jihad to conquer more land. - This is why we call this chapter history repeats itself. - Nouri al Malikis is crying out. - Hes asking the Americans for help. - ISIS kills Shiites like flies. - Al Qaeda has some mercy in their hearts. - We are not going to bash Al Qaeda or look down on them. - ISIS has taken the front seat now. - So what is the alternative For America since America is bankrupt? - They are going to use Iranian ground troops to invade Iraq to save Nouri Al Maliki. - And they are going to use American drones to strike the mujahideen. - So theres going to be a mut’ah marriage between Iran and America. - It is kufr to despair. - So no Muslim is allowed to despair. - Light at the end of the tunnel means the khilafah is going to come back. - We are living in the period of tyrannical kings. - After tyrannical kings disappear, we will have khilafah. - What we are seeing happening in Iraq is the khilafah coming back. - And we say you, the infidels, plot and Allah plans and Allah is the best of planners.
