Shocked! I am shocked to hear that our Rumford Public Works department may not be spending our tax dollars wisely. And who to hear it from but a consultant that the town itself - our own very wise and wonderful Rumford town administration - hired! I am certain that our wise town fathers will immediately rectify this scandalous situation by scheduling an auction of all the unnecessary toys acquired by Public Works (consultants term, not mine). Lets all hold our breath awaiting a new wave of wisdom from the town manager and his slavishly obedient majority on the selectboard.
