Shocked and saddened by the news of the death of the comedy legend Robin Williams. I fully understand the depths as to what depression can do to a person who seemingly has it all. Over the past 5 years following the death of my best friend I knew that I had to change my life and find Peace in my heart and life. Depression kills maims and destroys families and communities. There are so many people lost hurting and alone. I implore us to reach out and help our fellow friends family and love ones to find Peace to feel loved wanted and appreciated. At times we are so preoccupied with ourselves and our needs wants and forget about those suffering along side us. I have battled with depression for years and been in some very dark places and understand your pain.
