Shoppers are calling for action to stop them being stuck in long queues getting off a retail park – after complaints the traffic lights were only staying on green for seven seconds. Visitors to Springfield Retail Park, in Trent Vale, have complained about the lengthy queues since the opening of the B&M store last year. In one case, a shopper was stuck on the car park for an hour before eventually reaching the A34.
