Shortly after Katrina hit NO, Israel launched a strike into Gaza. In retaliation for some attack, they leveled a neighborhood on the assumption that the people responsible might be in there somewhere. Katrina for me was a clear sign of what global warming was going to look like. Today, large portions of our country are in drought, signs of global warming are everywhere. And what are we doing. Blowing shit up all over the world. Leveling neighborhoods, shooting passenger liners out of the sky. Can anybody tell me the difference between a Palestinian and an Israeli, or a Russian and a Ukrainian. What great purpose are we advancing here. What is the difference between a Shiite and a Suni, or a Hutu or Tutsi, or a Catholic and a Protestant. They are all just idiots with bombs.
