Shosh chan تعلن شركة المواهب الاردنية للتوظيف عن توفر فرصة العمل التالية في دبي A Leading retail Company in Dubai looking for Sales Job Profile of Boutique Sales Staff Reporting to: Store Manager or Store In Charge Role and Responsibilities Understanding and providing assistance in satisfying customer needs & queries about products, prices and services Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques Focusing on Up selling/ Cross selling Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long term brand loyalty Handling new launches, promotion of products and visual merchandising Ensuring stock replenishment at all times Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards and visual displays Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback Coordinating with Customer Care Centre for after sales service Generating Daily Sales Report Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling and other common practices EMPLOYMENT TERMS Gross Monthly salary of AED 4500/- per month + Retail Incentives (as per company policy) Gross Salary comprises of Basic Salary, Housing Allowance and Retail Allowance Leave: 30 days on completion of 12 months uninterrupted service Air Passage: On completion of 24 months’ service, single return ticket and thereafter single return ticket every year to the employee’s home country Medical: The employee will be covered under the Company’s Group Medical Insurance cover Employee will be covered under a Group Life/Accident Insurance policy.
