Shosh chan تعلن شركة المواهب الاردنيه للتوظيف عن توفر فرصة العمل التاليه في قطر Job opportunity in Qatar Position: Sr. Executive- Maintenance (Electrical Eng) Job Description: 1-Prepare and review BOQ, Shop drawings, SLD and specifications for electrical works. 2-Execute the preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance to all the facility Electrical systems but not limited to transformers, , protection devices, measuring devices, controls, UPS, Lighting systems, Fire alarm, Fire Fighting system etc 3-Ensure healthiness of all the systems in the substation such as transformers, MV and LV switchgears, circuit breakers, pr otection devices, measuring devices- meters, controls , earthing systems, incoming &outgoing feeders, DBs banking capacitors, resistors and dc system and follow up their operation 4-Ensure Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly or as per schedule. 5-Organize, coordinate and manage with supervisors the day to day operations and maintennace activities. 6-Ensure HSE compliance and necessary work permits are followed . 7-Assist in scheduling of maintenance plan and staff, Budget and implement assignments given by the Facility Manager. 8-Ensure site inspection from time to time to monitor standard of work and completion schedule. 9-Manage and provide technical support to the supervisors or technicians to execute the works effectively. 10-Submit requirements and justifications for resources such as materials, tools, equipment and man power. Prepare estimates and obtain quotations . 11-Conduct technician’s interviews and selection of the suitable as per requirement 12-Follow all complaints and work orders from operations team and ensure mimimum response and resolution time for completion of works. 13-Making the training schedules for the technicians and supervision of their performance according to their works implementation. 14-Co-ordinate for maintennace works related to Electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, civil, lighting control, fire alarm system, fire fighting system,PA system , BMS & controls,Telephone/Data etc. 15-Monitor utility bills and energy consumption on daily basis and prepare MIS report 16-Identify processes /procedures / new technolgies to improve operations and energy conservation 17- Liase with Local Authorities like Civil defense department, Kahrama, Municipality for necessary approvals, certificate renewals and compliance to local regulations from time to time. • Reporting 1-Direct to Facility Manager • Educational Skills 1-Minimum Bachelors Degree in electrical Engineering or Diploma in Engineering with relevent experince with good communications skills 2-Functional Knowledge of MS office is essential. Autocad / Project planning software or CAFM will be advantage • Work Experience 1-Min seven years experience in maintennace of building infrastructure / Retail - Malls/ Hotels or Facility Management company is essential 2-Work experince in electrical projects execution in a MEP contracting company / consultant will be advantages 3-International standards like NFPA, NEBOSH/Local authorties codes knowledge in Qatar and arabic language will be preferred 4-Operations and Maintennace knowledge of power systems and machinery such as generators , transformers , LV&MV switchgears , ATS panels , MCC , MCP , EDP , MDP , CCTV , fire alarm and firefighting, power meters, Earthing , UPS, elevators and escaltors etc is a essential. على المهتميين ارسال السيره الذاتيه على الايميل hr@jordantalent يرجى كتابة المسمى الوظيفي في خانة الموضوع
