Shout out & a big congrats to Michelle Prinzing, chairman of the Gibson County GOP. She was presented with the Citizens Hero Award by the Airpower Foundation, the nation’s oldest military support organization. The presentation was made this past weekend. The award, in its inaugural year, recognizes those who have gone above and beyond in their communities based on the six pillars of what it means to truly be a citizen hero as set by the Medal of Honor Foundation: Courage, Sacrifice, Patriotism, Citizenship, Integrity and Commitment. Highlights of Prinzing’s community involvement includes: serving on the Gibson County Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors; secretary/treasurer for the Gibson County Facilities Holding Corporation; first female chairperson of the Gibson County Republican Party; and Chairman of Women’s Ministries at First Baptist Church.
