Sigh... Its hard to lose weight when you dont have the motivation. :( So heres my plan: drink only water, eat more tuna, celery, grapefruit, and salads. And eat less pie (Ive been learning to bake and experimenting with recipes. Better take a break from it cause Im the only one usually eating them.) , eat bigger breakfasts, and try and go on walks everyday. Anyone have any more advice for a busy, new mom on a budget? Good news is that everyone is getting better from their colds :)
