Sign of the times! I loved Blockbuster after the Drive-Ins fell due to the VHS tapes and affordability of having a VHS player in every home (early 80s). I thought at the time until about 2007 when I first saw Netflix, that Blockbuster would go on indefinitely. Also Cable TV has become like a video store with On Demand show, and rentals, and gadgets to attach to your TV to make it SMART and now REDBOX with $1.20 rentals for movies recently out of the theaters. What next....chips built into our bodies where we can feel like we are part of the shoq, and of course we will be mind and body tracked! I read too much Science Fiction, but since the age of 10 I started with Isaac Asimov and Robert Anson Heinlein, Jules Verne, HG Wells, Arthur C. Clarke, and a lot of their impossible ideas have become reality. One Jetsons cartoon episode shows a TV room where you interact with the TV stars and are part of the show in your TV room. I bet it is either being worked on or just about there. So see you soon on when you come over to watch TV with me in my future TV room, LOL!
