Signs of the upcoming merger are literally popping up everywhere. With the start date of Coastal Pine Technical College fewer than 40 days away, Instructor Mark Deal and the OTC Horticulture Club planted four young palm trees next to the 300 building at the corner of Carswell and George streets yesterday. Thank you, Horticulture Club, for this beautiful and fitting addition to the Waycross Campus landscape.
