Simple and effective gun takeaway techniques for he average person. Of course practice makes perfect with this and any other techniques. These moves are very quick so I had to slow it down so that the techniques could be shown properly. Remember, in a self defense situation the element of surprise and quickness is key. Please practice these techniques with a rubber or toy gun. DO NOT use a real gun loaded or unloaded. I have more advanced techniques which require strikes, kicks, and more maneuvering which requires more skills. These shown are the more simple ones.
