Simple dish but when done right, packed with flavor! Layer your seasonings- Makes sure your egg dip and breadcrumbs are both well seasoned for tasty and crispy cutlets. And for the fresh sautéed button mushrooms, rinse the dirt and grit off and drain well. Then quarter and add to a hot, dry pan otherwise you will have a damp disaster. The mushrooms will start to brown but also omit some water. Drain the liquid and return mushrooms to the pan. Now add a drop of olive oil, fresh smashed garlic, sprinkle of garlic powder and some salt. Now sauté and toss until dark golden brown. If you add the salt too early all the moisture will come out of mushrooms and you will keep have to drain the pain. Simple and easy and fresh. 😊🍴
