Simple little blessings...today I had the chance to reconnect via Facebook with my long lost friends Valerie McGregor Zorn and Trevor McGregor. When my dad married my step mom over 20 years ago this beautiful woman was invited into my life (she was my moms best friend). She taught me what is meant to be a fighter and a woman full of grace and love. She taught me how to cook rabbit and how to milk a goat (Grandma Laura did a lot of that too). But most of all she made an imprint in my life that I will always be thankful for. God puts people in our lives at perfect times and Val and Laura were two woman that my brother and I could rest on and feel the strength of the Lord. I am filled my immense joy today:)
