Simply amazing. It took several years but at least now a lot of good folks who went back to college as older disabled students at community colleges across the US are finally able to have their say after such a huge scam was revealed and finally investigated but not by those who were supposed to do so for their own obvious corrupt reasons also now exposed at the state levels of government at least in CA. Whenever one is faced with such diversity where they find themselves in a bad situation where corruption seems to prevail, then one can make two choices: suffer in silence if not for decades or fight back. I chose the later and it seems finally prevailed only a few months from leaving the areas where I wanted to live for two decades. It looks as though my final chapter of the book Ive been writing about all of the corruption Ive personally witnessed, has a better ending than I had hoped in that a lot of older disabled folks who were defrauded of the grants they were supposed to receive and instead found they were strapped to student loans can now keep their homes and pensions they were targeted for the first place in such an illegal way. It turned out we were correct after all. Sadly there were many post secondary public colleges involved in the same scam of being paid what amounts to illegal commissions by the banks to financial aid officials for each student loan signed up in record numbers each semester the last ten years committed actual felonies when they defrauded older and or disabled folks of the grants they were supposed to receive (a felony). The real rewards of fighting corruption is when the people are successful and the rule of law prevails so that a lot of other people can avoid being harmed in the same way. I asked my name be kept from the media until Im, able to work again hopefully soon at which time my book will finally be published. We win, they lose so lets eat! :)
