Since I hear it at least once a week from different sources, it is very hard to ignore what would seem to be the inevitable. Trumped up charges to shut me up... Things that I have seen personally would curdle most folks blood if they had the capacity to get their mind around them in the first place. Most folks can get their mind around it if they “take a moment” but most seem to want to believe that the authority that they have given consent, can not and would never violate the trust of the people because this would make “them” somehow wrong and no one wants to be wrong. Our system of government and justice was created to be the best as it was founded in individual liberty and freedom. At the signing of our Declaration of Independence and the ratification of our constitution it was as near perfect as it could get (in my opinion). All men of every color and creed, and women, were recognized as being equal under God and specifically not under any form of government nor governance. Since this time these documents and our Republican form of government have been under direct attack. This attack on individual freedoms, liberty and the individuals pursuit of happiness is now in its 238th year. Our founding fathers knew well of the corruption and greed that enveloped the lands they were from and despite the many temptations to put themselves above others and create their own monopoly built on corruption and greed, they did the opposite. At a Tea Party meeting recently I got to hear a junior Michigan State Trooper go on and on and on about how guns had been a big part of his youth and his upbringing. This was the first part of his speech. The second part of his speech started with, “The Gun Laws Today are Confusing and that it was our job to learn about them and to abide by them.” Then he made some reference to the idea that these were the so called laws legislated by the people. My own personal application for a concealed carry permit was in fact justly denied for the simple fact that my county government recognized that my application itself was an attempt to demonstrate fraud and extortion. The peoples right to keep and bare arms shall not be infringed. Permits and registration are in fact both infringements on this God Given Right to use the tools of the day to protect and to preserve their person, family and property. Since government does not grant this right, it can not take it away. Unless of course we acquiesce by our individual silence. Silence = Consent. Now we are backed right up to a famous quote by Voltaire, - “It is dangerous to be right when established men (the government) are/is wrong”. What are/were the specific dangers eluded to by Voltaire? Unless you have been directly involved in this scenario, it is terribly difficult to imagine and/or get your mind around as there are several “prongs” of this problem that need to be overcome. First, we are taught from a very young age to respect any and all authority without reservation nor question. The very notion of questioning any authority is looked upon socially as being unacceptable or a “dirty topic”. The negative connotations alone are enough to keep most people form pursuing issues related to governmental crime and corruption. The second part to overcome is time and the third is money. The second and third part basically go together because if you are going to take the time to pursue your particular issue, you had better be prepared for the shunning and social ridicule that is on its way to your doorsteps. If you have a job and you want to keep it, just forget your problems because you will never have sufficient time to deal with them. If you have a great job and make lots of money, you can throw huge chunks at lawyers and hope for the best but in the end it will all boil down to who has more favor in the courts. And YES, the courts (all courts, from my limited observation) are extremely biased right from the onset of any attempted litigation. Since the founding of our nation, and even before what we understand to be the beginning of civilization, it has been readily accepted and understood that a mans home and his possessions were sacred. So how is it that on September 27, 2010, my countys police force, (the Isabella County Sheriff department under Sheriff Leo Mioduszewski), was able to take my familys home and its contents and never have to answer for such a vial criminal act? It all has to do with the continuing degradation of we the peoples faith in our own system of governance and that form of governance hiding and preserving the illusion of just governance by and through concealing and covering up each and every issue that would completely shatter the peoples faith in their system of governance. Those currently “governing”, our politicians and lawyers, know that they have ZERO control over we the people without our consent and that for many many years this consent has only been in place through our own silence and lack of objection. Our apathy is our submission. Man is free the moment he chooses to be ~ Voltaire To do no good is to perpetuate evil ~ me The fight is no longer about justice for that is a simple task, the fight we face today is the fight for the promotion and understanding of truth. Fraud can be hidden but never justified under any circumstance. The deception we live in today is quickly fading despite the best efforts of corrupt government. Government officials at every level understand this and will do absolutely everything within their power to keep the deception they thrive in alive. Just as I have, the masses are now taking the time to indoctrinate themselves to the fraudulent reality (our own Matrix) we, as debt slaves, have been forced to endure. Society, as we know it, is in the process of completing a polar shift that will rock our little world. In addition to its own inevitability, history is also our dictator and is currently demanding it. Our lives are not what they could be and should be. Instead we wile away our youth working to pay taxes that allow governments to wage war on poverty nations in pursuit of greed and self interest. A special thanks to those whom have reached out to me over the last two months of silence here on Facebook! It is very touching to know that you are keeping a close eye on my still very volatile situation. Ted
