Since I moved to California, Ive had bad experiences with costumer service, If it wasnt my computer then it was my California ID, cell phone, internet, electric razor, etc... I have been tossed back and forth over small and minor issues from a representative to a supervisor to a manger and not once it has ended with one single phone call. They could bring a grown man to tears! Google was exactly the same, I have been with them on the phone for 2 whole months before my problem was solved. They actually created a new problem within my first problem because of a Glitch in the system. The whole saga ended one day when A Google support team representative, a sweet girl named Misty, had promised to solve my problem, of course I was skeptical about it since she wasnt the first to promise me that. Misty stayed with me on the line making small talk about our lives and family the entire time she was processing my problem (about 20 minutes) making this call a lot more enjoyable. Finally Misty had solved the problem and according to her, it was as easy as a push of a button. We said goodbye, made happy new year wishes and that was the end of it. Until today when i received a package in the mail :) Thank you Misty, for going above and beyond!
