Since Id rather not have someone assign a number for me, heres 10 things you may not know about me: 1. I think its hilarious when people from a suburb talk about growing up in a small town. I grew up in the country close to a town of 1,500. Thats what I consider a small town. 2. You probably know that I am a Packer fan, but you may not know that the hubby and I own a share of team stock. I also sat in the cold for many, many hours waiting for the team to come back from from the Super Bowl they won in New Orleans. 3. Im Christian and grew up in an ELCA Lutheran Church. I went to a huge ELCA youth gathering in New Orleans at the Superdome after the Packers won the Super Bowl in that stadium. I also really like the music in the ELCA churches. My favorite song was I was there to hear your borning cry. 4. I hate making phone calls. Its not so bad when someone calls me, but it causes me a lot of anxiety to pick up a phone and call someone. I only call 3 numbers without feeling anxiety. 5. I love swimming, especially snorkelling. The one time I went scuba diving I freaked out a bit, not because of the water, but because I didnt trust my equipment. 6. I often have what I have seen described as imposter syndrome where I dont feel like I deserve some things in my life and am afraid of what people will think when they find out. It really helps if I get praise, but sometimes I still wonder if Im doing more poorly than they think. 7. I hate cooking. A lot. My grandma always said Id have to find a husband who cooked, so I did :-) 8. I love travelling, but it causes me stress. I dont sleep well before a big trip and like to have things set out well ahead of time. 9. I had a dream that I would one day have a girl child and then a boy child. The girl part is coming true and the hubby has big hopes that we will have a boy next. My mom also had a dream that I would be a girl. 10. My biggest fear about childbirth (other than having a healthy child of course) is that Ill have to have a c-section. Im not afraid of the pain, but surgery scares me. I think its because the loss of control.
