Since Im on Week 3 I decided to tackle doubles. Total body cardio happened at 6:30am. I just finished Pilates! You may be asking why doubles? Well studies have shown that your resting metabolic rate is elevated for several hours after exercise. For added results you have the option of completing a second workout to help rev up that metabolism! So for those that want to take these workouts up a notch, on this video Im showing you how to make a plank move even harder. Plank hold with elbows on a foam roller! The roller is an unstable surface so you work your core even harder!
