Since Mari has her Christmas band concert tonight, I need something quick and easy for dinner. Normally quick and easy would be a trip to Jumba Juice; but since I have the ingredients, Ill just make these muffins, only the Chocolate Blueberry version, instead, and some Cherry Smoothies. Wa la, same thing, and much cheaper. These muffins are very quick, easy and really good. sandralee/recipes/super-sweet/display/show:18/sortby:id/direction:desc/page:4/sortbyclass:Category//blueberry-muffins/788 To make the Chocolate Blueberry version, just add 1/4 cup good baking cocoa and an extra 1/4 sugar into your flour mixture, before blending it with the wet ingredients.
