Since Monday I havent been able to stand or walk. In retrospect it was sort of a reality check that Nan brought to my attention. Up until my surgery, I referred to myself as being crippled because most of the time I hobbled around due to issues that will eventually have to be repaired surgically. Even my recent surgery is an attempt to grind things out 10 more years until retirement and well determine from there is Im ready for foot/ankle surgery. I believe the Lord showed me the past 3 days the true meaning of crippled and I really shouldnt be quite so haphazard in throwing that word around. Im an emotional guy, anyone whos known me very long knows that pretty well. Ive been another level of emotions the past few days from being scared, embarassed, from all the acts of love from family and friends, and well-wishes from Facebook friends. Im just so very blessed and so very humbled! Thanks again! If youve had something going on in your lives, whatever it was and I didnt stop to say I love ya, Im prayin for ya, or is there anything I can do for ya or get for ya...Please forgive me, it wasnt intentional!
