Since Monday, negotiations are in progress in Ouagadougou to find an agreement between the malian delegation and the armed(equipped) groups MNLA / HCUA. These negotiations stumble over the project of sending of a mixed strength to Kidal associating the malian army with Tuareg armed groups, the use by the latter of the term " Azalaï " and the cessation by Bamako of legal proceedings. The malian delegation emitted(uttered) strong reserves on these points. So, some people blame the mediation for its lack of pugnacity and the kindness(accommodation) which she(it) seems to feed towards these armed groups. For proof, during the fights of Thursday, June 6th to Ainés, it is the plane Burkinabe which landed to Kidal to evacuate the wounded persons of the MNLA towards Ouagadougou. A behavior which cuts with the sincerity and the spirit of transparency that any good mediation has to dress(take on). The fights of Ainés of which it is question arose after a manhunt black led by the MNLA to Kidal. These exactions were denounced(cancelled) by many countries and by international organizations. The Malian government from his/her part(on his/her side) qualified them " as racial purge ". In reprisals, the malian army gave the assault against Ainés by hunting(by chasing away) the fighters of the MNLA of the city. The Tuareg freedom fighters in their flight(leak) took their wounded persons to Kidal. The same day, a plane beating detached house(flag) Burkinabe landed at the airport of Kidal under the control of the French army to evacuate these wounded persons towards Ouagadougou. It is not the first time when a plane of Burkina Faso lands in the North of Mali to come to help the elements of the national movement of liberation of Azalaï. For reminder(abseiling), during the fights which set in the year 2012 the MNLA against the MUJAO, it is another plane of Burkina Faso that evacuated towards Ouagadougou the General Secretary of the passing advice(council) of the Azalaï Bilal Ag Chérif. On Monday, June 10th after the discussions, a plane of the mediator accompanied to Kidal the representatives of the groups
